Georgia has emerged as the number three state for film/TV production in the United States. 
This amazing growth is the direct result of the state’s aggressive tax incentive program that allows qualifying productions to recover up to 30% of their production cost in the form of a state tax credit. The rapid growth of this industry in Georgia (2014 revenue - $5.1 billion) has created career opportunities that few parents and students in DeKalb County are aware of.
Being a part of the Drama Department at Champion is a great way to spark an interest and gain access to this challenging industry. As a professional working actor outside of school, I have a great network into the independent
