Summer Scholar Academy Registration

Dear Champion Parents/Guardians, 

The Department of K-12 Teaching and Learning will offer ScholarAcademy to address reading and mathematics for students in grades 3 – 8. All students are encouraged to attend ScholarAcademy for academic support.  The program will provide additional support which will help prepare your student for the upcoming school year. The summer program will be from June 4-18, 2025. Please see attachments with more information.

Title I Milestone Assessment - Parent Resources

Please view the following PowerPoint regarding the upcoming Milestone Assessment. The Milestone window starts Thursday, May 1st and lasts until Tuesday, May 13th. This Powerpoint will help you understand the major concepts of the Milestone for each grade level.

Let's congratulate our CTMS Stompers on their 1st place win at the "Step Ya Game Up" Step Competition hosted by Summerour Middle School. The Stompers won a cash prize and are undefeated for the 2024-2025 step season.

Saturday March Madness Tutorial Application
Attention CTMS Stakeholders, 

We are happy to release our Saturday March Madness tutorial application. The application will close on Monday, February 17th at 5:00pm. 

Please read the information below before applying for the program: Tutorial Application Link: https://forms.office.com/r/scLCpFUi75

We are starting CTMS Saturday March Madness tutorial program on Saturday, March 1st for Reading/Writing and Math. Tutorial will be every Saturday in March (March 1st, March 8th, March 15th, March 22nd, and March 29th) from 9:00am-12:30pm (please arrive by 9:30am and pick up by 1pm). Tutoring will be provided by CTMS teachers. Please note your child can have a different tutorial teacher than their regular classroom teacher. Parents/guardians are responsible for transportation to and from Saturday tutorial. All school rules and policies apply to the tutorial program. 

The application period starts on Monday, February 10th and the application will close on Monday, February 17th at 5:00pm. After this period, applications will only be accepted if we have openings. Additional information will be provided once your scholar has been accepted into the tutorial program.
